GENERATION-LOAD-STORAGE COOPERATIVE OPTIMIZATION SCHEDULING OF COMBINED HEAT AND POWER SYSTEM CONSIDERING WIND POWER UNCERTAINTY AND DEMAND RESPONSE

The problem of wind power abandonment in the north areas China is serious, which mainly caused by uncertainty and "thermoelectric coupling" characteristics cogeneration units. Aiming at this problem, paper establishes optimal scheduling model generation-load-storage coordination electrothermal joint system with goal minimizing amount discarded total cost system. Firstly, responsive electrical thermal loads on demand side are divided into three types according to their types, namely, translatable, transferrable reducible, response models constructed improve fineness optimization side. Then, scenario method used solve power. Meanwhile, influence energy storage considered. Finally, results based examples verify effectiveness proposed promoting absorptive improving overall economic benefit References 23, figures 8, table 1.
